- 14-Day Money Back: For 14 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged / Unused Hyper GOGO product and receive a refund for ANY REASON.
- Up to 1 Year warranty: We offer 12 months for the Hyper GOGO product and 6 months for the battery and motor. We take care of quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT PARTS.
- Lifetime Technical Support: If you have any questions about your purchase, please feel free to reach us directly and we will gladly assist you!
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Hyper GOGO’s return policy allows you to return the product purchased on the Authorization channel within 14 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from the Authorization channel for any reason.
We accept refunds within 14 days of purchase (proof of purchase required). All returned products must be returned in its original condition and must NOT have been used or opened. Used products will not be accepted!
If you decide to return your product, please contact us immediately by cs@hypergogo.us for return address or return label.
Hyper GOGO is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

- When do we execute the refund? Upon receipt of the return package (if the customer returns the product to our warehouse)
- When do we execute the replacement? Upon receipt of the return package (if the customer returns the product to our warehouse)
- Refunds for delivery costs
1. For non-defective products/No-longer needed Products, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping fee $70 - $300/pc when we are making a refund.
2.For defective products, Hyper GOGO is responsible for return shipping cost. Refund time limit We will not able to accept the full refund after 14 days. The refund would be 20%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation. Shipping fee can not be refunded.
- Any returns must be discussed and authorized by our customer service in advance. We will then provide return instructions. After our customer service has authorized your return application.
- After your return request has been confirmed and authorized, we need you to dispatch the package within 1-2 business days and send the tracking number of the package by email.
Return:
- Quality issues: – Accept full refund & partial refund
- Receive wrong goods: – FREE to exchange or full refund
- Damaged or missing accessories: – Free to send corresponding accessories or accept a partial refund
- The package cannot be delivered or missing: – Accept resend or full refund
- The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped: – Accept full refund
- About refund difference price:
1. Partial refund of the difference price within 15 days
2. Not acceptable(can send free gift) over 15 days
Note: Hyper GOGO has the right to organize any event promotion - The customer provides the wrong delivery address: – The customer needs to pay an extra $25 for resend
- The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package: – We will deduct the shipping fee $70-$150 when we are making a refund or the customer needs to pay an extra $25 for resend.
- For different time periods:
1. Within 14 days: we will deduct the deliver shipping fee $70-150/unit and return shipping fee $70-150/unit when we are making a refund for non-defective products/No-longer needed Products.
2. 14 -90 days: The refund would be 20%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation. Shipping fee can not be refunded.
3. Over 90 days: Refunds are not acceptable; We can help exchange for a new one and will charge a certain balance depending on the use of the products.
Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
Note:
- Express shipping cost is non-refundable.
- We don't refund after your order has shipped out.
Hyper GOGO 1-Year Warranty
All Hyper GOGO products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (The warranty period of accessories is separately stipulated).
For most of the parts, it is 12-month warranty. For some components like the motor and battery, it is 6-month warranty.
Batteries
Hyper GOGO provide 6-Month prorated warranty for batteries.
- During 6-Month of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery or motor remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
- After the first 6-Month of service – Hyper GOGO offers discounts for customers to buy new batteries. Batteries purchased will have a new 6-Month warranty based on the purchase date.
- No cash reimbursement will be made.
- Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Hyper GOGO.
This Limited Warranty does not cover
- Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
- Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.
Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through Hypergogo.us and submitted to cs@Hypergogo.us. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at cs@hypergogo.us as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Hyper GOGO within 1 years (The accessories is 6-months) of initial purchase.
Hyper GOGO will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact cs@hypergogo.us and provide us with photo or video proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Repair Service
For repair services, Hyper GOGO will only provide some free replacement parts or paid replacement parts.
All accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Hyper GOGO shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Hyper GOGO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
