We provide local UPS or FedEx or USPS delivery company. No tax needed.

Shipping Time

Your Packages will be arranged within 1 business day. We only ship Monday through Friday. Any orders placed Friday and Sunday would ship out the following Monday.

Please check shipping area below. For some certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping.

The delivery time depends on the country you live in and the shipping method for your order. 

Tracking

• You will be E-mailed with a UPS / FedEx Tracking number as soon as your item ships! You can then track your shipment progress at UPS.com or Fedex.com.
• If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in case your provider flagged our automated message as spam) or request it again by contacting us.

• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

• It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

Out of stock

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact with you within 1 business day and allow you to wait until your option is back in stock, or select another item.

Shipping Disclaimer

We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Hypergogo.us is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company (UPS / FedEx) are considered delivered.
