First of all, the installation was a breeze: handlebar and pedals, that's all. Then the fun begins. The charging is a bit slow, taking about seven hours for full charge but it's good for about 20 miles at mostly full speed throttle or about 30 miles at moderate speed with pedal assist on the highest setting. his bike is very tall. It is definitely made for tall people who are well over six feet tall. I am 6'3" and the seat post is only half way up. The bike has a few shortcomings such as the brakes not being the newer disk types but they do a good job of stopping if a little old school. Also, thin tires and the lack of suspension makes for a rough, jittery ride unless the pavement is ultra-smooth. The motor is good enough to propel my 250 lbs. weight just fine. Coasting downhill, I am sure I went over 20 miles per hour but the speedometer doesn't want to hear any of it as it shows a steady 20, no matter what. The seat is not the most comfortable in the world but it is basic and stylish. All told, for the price, you can't go wrong with this e-bike, provided you are tall enough.

I live in the flatlands, so I don't need gears, shocks, or a strong motor. This basic, fun bike does the trick and looks good doing it. The throttle zips you to 20 mph pretty quick. In fact, I'll probably use the throttle more than the pedals, because with a fixed-gear bike, pedaling at 20 mph is silent-movie silly. The company was responsive when I had a question about the assembly Overall, easy to assemble though. Great bike for the price.
