I have a Hyper Go Go Go-Kart that needed replacement parts. After a slight delay with getting connected with someone "live" using the chat feature, I was instructed to email pertinent information regarding my request. I emailed my info, a description of the issue and attached photos of the parts I needed replaced and I received prompt emails with progress and confirmation of availability of the parts. I received the invoice and told the rep I didn't have a PayPal account so he created a link that I could use to pay via credit card. It was a simple process. I received shipping information shortly thereafter and my parts came in the mail from the vendor in China within one week. I'm very pleased with their customer service. Thank you!
